How to Manage a New Clot on Anticoagulation

When someone is on anticoagulation, you're particularly with a new clot. We don't like to interrupt it in the first 12 weeks at all. The only time that we get concerned about the anticoagulant is if you really suspect someone has anti-fossil lipid syndrome. But outside of that, in this particular patient, I'm very comfortable.
