The Late Complications of CAR T

Late complications of CAR T include dysaloplasia and subsequent hypogamagroblinemia. Cytopenias can be observed beyond 30 days post-infusion with most products. CD19 CAR T cells do not discriminate between malignant B cells and the healthy B cells. This will lead to B-cell dysia, which affects more than 85% of patients in the first month.
