Transposing Human Neurons in a Dish

We've been generating human neurons in a dish for a while now, but we've noticed that there are a number of limitations to some of this neuron. They're not electrophysiologically mature and they're not very large in size. This is the new bit is that you've now transposed this tiny little bit of human brain into a rat brain. That could be at least two reasons why cells mature farther when they're transmitted.
