Can You Change Your Target?
The agreement leaves open the possibility of changing your nationlly determine contribution once you put it in. The motivation for some was that if you hav the ability to change target, you might then aim higher. For me it was ant to allow a party to change its target in eitherEither way - more stringent or less stringent. I el understand. So that means we've got 26 to 20 eit % pledge, but i don't want to meet it? Yes. It's not really realistic that every country is nto, you know, come in a, like, new new administrations are going to come in and love enaran never going to change.
