I don't think it's going to change because people that moved to the south and they're not retiring. They're on these for a better, better way of living or easier life. I have family in California and they pay in the thousands for taxes per year. And I'm paying less than six, seven hundred dollars for the year. Like I'm living the dream and it'sGoing to go to school district with good roles. You can't beat that. So, yeah. The dynamic will feel say the same."
