What's the Constraints?
The idea of, let's say were gong o bring the team together, and we're going to do collective planning. What is happening there is there is a set of constraints on that process that has not been clearly named and identified. And i think that's one way that i've seen teams really get in their own way around thisis ther they're dustniti not being clear with one another or some one's not being clear about what constraints are. It can lead to what we often see as a kind of collective, individualistic sand bagging.
