This has been probably the most intense year of my life in terms of productivity and stressors. What the journaling has helped me to do is to reframe those things that are causing stress as things that produce good stress, E-U-S-T-R-E-S-S versus distress. Without my journaling, I would not be in any shape to do this podcast. The world is spinning fat like it's trying to catch up to the time it lost. And there's a direct connection between your ability to reflect develop self-awareness, make meaning and to build a resilience necessary to outlast the pace of change.
