The Importance of Load Progression in Hypertrophy

A load that keeps you in the rep range that you assigned to a movement and it shouldn't be so heavy is good for hypertrophy. If somebody has strength you know is a primary objective then sort of biasing like load progression maybe a little bit more frequently than rep progression with the same load is going to have some advantages there forhypertrophy.
