When i took over for marve, after marve we went through that stretch where he was taken out. So it was a really difficult situation, because what he was going through, and now i have to come in and take mar albert's job. And again, it was one of those things where i, i was so nervous. I got some great people around me that had worked with mark fow years, that were going to do the same thing for me.
