Gene Seymour: How conservative is this court and how will that inform its eventual rulings on cases like voting rights and affirmative action? He says race is a huge part of this of this court stock. Seymour: I am I look off ahead in in sorrow and some anger at what I think is likely to happen in this term on those cases involving voting rights.
