How to Dispose of Chemical Weapons

It was decided by the OPCW very early on, it was too dangerous to do this in Syria. Also there was no country that would offer a port where the ship could anchor up and do its business. The only way to destroy these toxic precursors and the chemical weapons was to put a facility on board the Cape Ray. That's thought to be about 30 days to 90 days. It does need C-State 1 for that period of time so it could take a wee bit longer.
