Is the Single Judge in Strasburg Right?
The single judge in strasburg appears to have accepted at least as a possibility, on the facts. Most of the reasoning wasn't legal thrit but factual. It seems to have been mainly concerned by the prospect that exporting these depotees to ruande would take them out of the grip of the strasburg court itself. I think that the problem, not just in this context, but in many contexts, is is this, we are only a democracy because ministers are responsible for everything they do.
