Learning Is Neural Plasticity
When we learn, in other words, your brain is literally creating new connections between neurons and the brain. And you're re wiring the network. Learning is neural plasticity. But what does it actually mean? Well, here we go. Most of your brain is made up by what we call inter neurons, neurons connected to other neurons within the brain. Now that's a pretty complex example, so let's hold that for a second and start out with something more simple, just learning a new language.
