Okin-d'S on the Soul

Okin-D was a 10th century Muslim philosopher. He is best known for his treatises on ethics and political philosophy. Okin-D inaugurates a long tradition of explaining human knowledge in terms of a superhuman, separate intellect. We'll be talking about this in more detail when we get to later thinkers like Al-Farrabi, Avasana, and Averuis.
