When I started on our team, I was the second UX person at 3M. So originally, I was working on projects across all six divisions of health care. We make inhalers, micro needles, smart and transdermal patches. And then we've got our Health Information Systems division, which focuses on enterprise software. Every person in the world is one of our customers; it's a B2B situation.
