Is There a Right to Abortion?
Judith Tardeth Thompson believes that the fetus has already become a human person well before birth. She makes various revisions to her argument, but it really is trying to use this analogy as a way to explore what obligations we have to other persons. All persons have a right to life and violinist are persons granted you have aright to decide what happens in and to your body. But a person's right to life outweighs you a right to decide what happening in and toyour body.
