Is There a Selection Bias in CPD?
Women tend to progress their CPD slower than men, which may be part of the reason they got two thirds men and only one third women enrolled in this trial. The thing that you don't see is the big bump up in GFR that was described by Ahmed and that people talk about, right? I stopped the ACE inhibitor. Oh, the creatin goes down, right? We don't see that here. So again, my speculation is that what we see in clinical practice is that we stop the ACE inhibition and the creatinine goes down is, you know, there's a lot of selection bias and recall bias, right?
