The Most Effective Tools Are Just Built Around the Pieces of Equipment That We Already Had

Some of the most effective innovations were actually just made by somebody who was already on the battlefield and like well this is the problem. Like in World War II when the Germans started putting up piano wire in between or wire between trees in order to decapitate people. And that was something that they just basically came up with on the fly and started welding on the vehicles. So I'm not saying that's a replacement for military technology development. But a lot of the mosteffective tools are just built around pieces of equipment that we already had.
