What Are Contract Checks?

The contracts study group is actually the contracts study group and I'm chairing it. There's a lot of exciting work that happened there last week so I thought it would be really cool to get Josh on the show so we can talk about it here. When we say contract we really mean I mean it really is just an agreement between two entities right but when we're talking about contracts in the language what we really are talking about is contract checks you want to write code that says this is going to tell me if my my contract has been violated like did something go wrong.
