The Importance of PR in Baseball

Rob Manfred is saying some decidedly non-wacky or infuriating things these days. It's almost refreshing to see like, hey, MLB, we've set out to do something and it's actually happening the way that they wanted it to. He has at least mitigated that weakness perhaps in that he has not said anything super infuriating very recently.
