What's an Altar?

Every one of us is called to come to the altar. The scripture reveals there's only two ways human beings can actually love god. We don't know how to we don't know what we're made for, and so no wonder 76 per cent of us don't even show up at mass. Every one in this room wants to love god. I think that's worth stopping. But then we go like, ok, great. How do i do that? Because how d how does anyone love god?
