There's a lot of different medications that we can use for procedural sedation. Propophiles commonly use, but just remember, there's no analgesia with propophol. Ketamine keeps the airway reflexes intact and it doesn't cause hypotension in and of itself. N-tidal CO2 monitoring really brings up issues of oxygenation and ventilation.
