Mortgage Demand Is at Its Lowest Level in 22 Years
Mortgage demand is now at its lowest level in 22 years. Purchases dropped by five point one cent and Refis dropped by 5 point six%. People can't refinance their homes because everybody already has a rate lower than what's available. This means that you're going to see a huge collapse in employment both the home building industry and the mortgage industry.
