The Eightfold Path of Meditation
The first strategy is substituting one set of thoughts for another set of thoughts. Pick a thought, which is called a primary object of meditation and let all the rest of them come and go. If you focus just on the mandala, your awareness will be brought in and into one point and you'll let other stuff go. There's more to the mandala than that we may talk about. So it could be sound, it could be mantra repeating a word over and over again. Could do it. You went. Here I go. Bye.
