Combatant Commanders, I Think, Should Be Driving Requirements
We depend more than ever before, and especially nhat gon, on our allies and partners. But the way talk about requirements is completely confusing to them. Our state department has sort of gone downhill during parts of the sequester. We need to get them back into the versy. And by the way, i should add, it's not just in do petom. They haven't a central roll in the pacific.
