The Importance of Ethnography in a Graduate Program

You have a pretty easy pass to get into the industry if you're in a grad program, especially one that's known and respected. Having exposure to ethnography and what it means to be a researcher in academia where this whole kind of culture comes out of was really important for me. Being held accountable to a really high standard in all the work and being challenged constantly is got me in a frame of mind that made me really able to step into a new field when I finished school.
