The Differences Between Corporates and Humans
When you deal with a customer, you're actually dealing with legally a legal person. And this is where when I started 20 years ago, it's a corporate like no, actually it's a real legal person. Now we're starting to see in the industry where KYC was defined as both individuals and corporates. You can't put a corporation in jail, but you want to hold UBOs people behind the corporations accountable for all the damage they've done.
