Attitude Can't Substitute for Personal Growth
I couldn't hire somebody that came out of something very small, because they'd get enamoured with all the bigness around there. I didn't need somebody to come on the job excited about what they were learnin e and run something for me. And i realized very, very quickly that i had to require somebody to have experience and a breadth of knowledge. Your attitude cannot substitute for personal growth within our lives. Time comes when you need to stop waiting for the man you want to become and start being the man youwant to be in your attitude.
