People tend to hire people they know and like-minded people. I would just say stop looking in the same places and go look somewhere else. There's, I don't believe there's a pipeline issue. You're not looking in the right places. Just go find where these people are and stop looking at the Stanford's of the world is pretty much what I want to say.
