The Different Types of Condominiums
With a condominium, your individual ownership interest is literally an airspace. Condominiums did not even exist anywhere in the United States until the early 1960s. With condo association directors may have a much more complicated job than HOA directors. It's like managing an entire multi-unit building - that's what it is.
