How to Build a Social Problem Solving Skill
Using open communication and reflective listening, you're taking a bird's eye view of any situation. The other technique that i really want a stress is called social spy. Social spy is this idea where you watch people without directly watching them. So if they rehearse, which is laid out in the book, they won't get caught. I have entire schools doing it. We can invent a code that they write down or that they, you know, put in their phone in terms of the information and remembering it. But there is something very powerful about watching those actions. It gives them a model to look at.
