Do We Need to Use Strip Search?

Duff says there's a culture of sexualized mockery that is broadly apparent within the force in general. She thinks it's too easy to single out kind of bad apples and pin the blame on them. But actually the force needs to look at itself and start to think about how it can reform itself more broadly. It strikes me that this is sort of someone acknowledge that they're using strip search as an intimidatory tactic.
