When people first come to my company, they've never worked in a store before, i give em the list that i've made up over years of trial and error. And what happens? They're successful. But then after doing one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, for the first six months of their career, they start doing it out of order because they start to believe that it's them. This is why so many people can find small bits of success, but not maintain it. It all comes down to their own ego. There are 3 types of people: Number 1, Number 2, and Number 3. Most people are Number 3. They aren’t extraordinary in any way, but can perform basic tasks. Number 2 is good, but not great. Number 1? Those are the type who demonstrate initiative, creativity, and execution. They are rare and valuable. They get paid extremely well because they deserve it.
