The Role of Discipline in Anger and Aggression
A lot of genetics and other biological factors are thought to play a role in anger and aggression. Trauma, family dysfunction and certain parenting styles make it more likely that a child will exhibit anger or aggression. Some families teach their children that negative attention is the way to get their attention. If you're raised in a household where you don't get much attention, negative attention may be better than no attention at all.
