Choices and Management in Patients With Platelet Refractoryness

I'm really excited about our topic of discussion. We're going to talk quite a bit about choices and management in patients with platelet refractory ness. I get a lot of questions about this from both from pathology residents and trainees in laboratory medicine as well as people that work in hospital blood banks. There's an article published in February 2015 in transfusion that you're the lead author on called methods for the selection of platelet products for aloe-immune refractory patients, excuse me, that for me is an absolute must-have.
