The Chargers Aren't Putting Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, DeAndre Carter and Josh Palmer in Positions to Succeed, Right?
This was just a tough game to watch from a Lombardi play calling standpoint. Keenan Allen has regressed as a separator in that regard. Mike Williams separation is not his game. DeAndre Carter and Josh Palmer kind of mid in those respects, right? Like they can get open, but they're not going to separate a lot from their defenders per se. There's just some really head scratching play call situationally in this offense. And ultimately, if the Chargers do make the playoffs, Joel Embarty will be the mind of Andy Reed.
