On this episode, I answer a beautiful question I received from one of my HDX members about how to start “feeling” your Authority when you’ve experienced trauma and it’s difficult to get into the body and out of the mind.
I really think this is something so many of us experience, and I’m so grateful this question was asked and gave me something to respond to.
No matter what, you’re already “doing” your Authority…you can’t get it wrong, you can only learn to trust it more and more and be aware of when the mind jumps in. Your Authority is always speaking to you, it’s always happening, and in this episode I walk you through how to learn to trust it more and get into the body.
At the end of the episode, I also give you 3 things to “know” and 3 things to “do” so you have ultimate clarity and the ability to take action right away.
