How to Scale Up Innovation in a Large Company?
Maxe es bonalen: What would you say are some ways for those larger isations too and of take some baby steps and incorporate some of those principles? Quick examples. Large companies have a lot more moves than start ups. They could acquire ip intellectual property, or small teams that they could just buy due to their own prodicts. Those who do that don't have the problem with large companies when they do that. You certainly want to integrate all functions together but it has got to be deeply thinking about what's going on.
