Is It Possible That Infants Can Plan Their Actions Efficiently?

Even infants can recognize whether an agent is taking an efficient path or using information and efficient way. So I'm wondering whether you see the two year olds planning their actions in the future efficiently. Yeah, we haven't looked at that yet specifically so you know if a particular action requires a lot of effort. And people two year olds, for example, avoid that action compared to an action that takes less effort.
