The Effects of the Market on Consumers Spending
So much of household wealth is in equities, is in the stock market. Acid prices are so elevated relative to just disposable income that i think an unwinding of that will have its own, least psychological effect on n high rank consumers spending. A default cycle leads to bankruptcies and lay offs which then further exaggerates its impact on the economy. I think it's going to be hard to thread the needle of ok, let's just have that the hits of the market ut not really affect the economy. Now, ideally, the fed would be ok with that.
