How Can I Help a Teacher With ADHD?
If you have a 45 or 50 minute class, it's like all hands on deck. I would say that if time allows, just allow a little bit of buffer between transitions. Putting down the shoulds, putting down the shame and picking up tools that actually work for you is the key to success. And again, as a teacher, I have no idea what resources you have available. But anywhere that you can delegate, ask your students for help,. So I'm going to do some ownership and take it off your plate.
