The Bottleneck on Note-Taking

The bottleneck on note-taking moves from the initial capture, which has now become trivial, and it moves to the subsequent steps. It's up to us to filter, to distill down that big quantity of notes to a small, viable amount that we can actually interact with and review. I have four steps, which follow the acronym code, C-O-D-E. The C is capture. That's the first one. But then the subsequent steps are O for organize, D for distill, and E for express. This is the whole thing. We'll talk more about those later in the show.
