Is That Really Working for You?

i think, as a woman with eh d, i'm not alone. Ands always feeling like i should be doing something, and yet it's not working for me, right? So one of the ones that we often hear is go to bed at the same time every single night. If somebody isn't sleepy enough, that's just going to cause them to lie awake in bed longer. This then feeds into the insomnia process - which is basically that the asisociation between bed and sleep has gotten broken. Bed gets associated with anxiety and negative emotions rather than with rest.
