How Do You Collaborate Across the Design Team?
Every time a new designer kind of comes in with a into a new project of HelloSign they're like wow okay so it's a little bit less of like oh autopilot I know what to influence. The cool thing is that designers have like also different skill sets even like in the brand designers so some are pretty good and like just layout and they will tap the maybe someone else who's like really good in product visuals or abstract UI. We take it up on everyone to kind of like deliver work for like things that might be really ambiguous, but at the same time we need to meet our deadlines right? It's definitely a lot of team effort for sure.
