This is probably not a good time to buy Bitcoin or the S&P 500. If your investment objectives are to make a lot of money in bull markets don't lose a lot ofmoney in bear market, I would argue 99% of investors should be doing. You need to have patience to get to the next bull market without blowing up a significant amount of your capital so, you know, just risk manage your own emotions.
