Children's Tests of False Beliefs
Some tests create artificial situations where one character knows more than another. Daniel in missus doutfire, understands the sub fuge he is perpetrating. Miranda does not. The tests evaluate whether children can keep track of all the different perspectives in the minds of different characters. One person has a belief that's true, for example, and another has a believing that's false.
