Writers call the magic 250 where you sit down and write 250 words. If I want to start it on watercolor, I will take down a piece of paper. That takes me about five minutes, that's an icebreaker for me. This is all very pragmatic life-coaching stuff, right? But then you get to a really profound spiritual dimension which is: You are starting to make friends with beginning as an end in itself.
