Reverse Dieting: A Good Idea
If you are very, very lean and not gaining fat, you still have low energy availability. So in that context, I feel like a kind of slow reverse diet actually is a good idea. The only other really great application aside from just trying to reestablish a settling point or reestablish kind of a maintenance level would be for high-level bodybuilders who don't intend to gain any more lean mass.
