The Implications of Screening for Breast Cancer in the US

The USPSTF report notes that screening by an elite starting at age 40 is going to result in 1376 false positive results per 1000 women. John, I think my skepticism grows when I look at the information on their site online, because it's hard to see really what's new. We're going from the reasonably common condition of breast cancer to the markedly more rare conditions and to orphan drugs now and to a pair of papers.
