Not only was the name nearly identical to Louis Vuitton, the luxury brand, but the logo in the packaging also resembled the fashion company. The court ruled in favor of the fashion house and ordered the fast food joint to change its name immediately or face large daily fines. Last year, Guns N' Roses sued a Houston-based gun store and florist for selling an ale called Guns N' Rose.
